Contribuisci feedbackYesterday night I ordered a foot long Italian herb and cheese sub and the bread was so EFF’N stale it made no sense. I called to speak with the manager today but ironically no one or supervisor is available. The only reason I struggled and forced myself to eat it is because I was breaking my fast. If I had the time and energy I would’ve went back and crushed it like burn toast. And no it wasn’t because it was toasted.
Barry snappy and the manager was very rude and disrespectful if I would have known they were going to be like that I would have never an unfriendly environment and I'm thinking about not returning ever
Ordered online, was not even started until I arrived. I thought I got chips cookies but it is chips OR cookies and the lady was RUDE AS HELL when I asked if I could get chips instead. She said NO, it will mess up my inventory, and if looks could kill I would have fell dead right there. Also, pretty sure she was the shift lead. Also got the feeling I was treated this way because I am a white girl. Racism does go both ways. Wouldn't be the first time. However her behavior should be unacceptable, but I am sure no one but ME cares. Never again will I come here. Food was edible.
The people was Friendly. Was not impressed with our subs. There was hardly any meat on them at all. I was not a satisfied customer this time.
We really enjoy a good, well made, toasted subway foot long. Although the prices have increased a lot like everyone else, it’s a decent, healthy meal for less than most places now. However, I’d recommend you AVOID this location. I ordered ahead in the app and it wasn’t ready when I showed up (my fault I didn’t order enough in advance) so I went shopping in the Walmart. I took my time and went to the bathroom, etc and after about 15 more minutes, it still wasn’t ready. I asked about it at the counter and was met with a rude response. I asked if the subs were toasted, cut in half and wrapped in half like I had requested in writing (and was printed at the bottom of the receipt they were working from) and they were not. The young lady there was non/communicative, didn’t respond when I asked questions, gave me a look and grunted. They finally cut then and rewrapped them. When we opened them, it was clear that none of them had been toasted. The young girl working was very rude and it ended up taking about 30 minutes to make 4 foot longs.
