Contribuisci feedbackPROS *If you’re tired of the same old Colombian food, these chorizos cooked in guarapo are a nice and tasty change of pace. *Each chorizo is 1.900, which makes them cheaper than the extremely average chorizo I had at the San Gil bus terminal. CONS *It’s good, but probably not worth going out of your way for.
I enjoy a good sausage though I would not have necessarily put it as my first choice for a complete meal. However, the chorizo here, in a wonderful panela sauce changed my mind. Served with steamed cassava at the side, you can really take this dish on as a main course....really surprising delicious and different.
If you are in San Gil you really have to eat this, those chorizos are one of the most typical food in this region, also its taste is unique. You can 't miss it
