This Dunkin in Secaucus has a very advantageous location, being at the edge of Downtown Secaucus, and just walking distance from Secaucus Plaza. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere very ambient. If there is one drawback, it's that their selection of donuts and bagels are severely limited. It's a nice environment but the overnight crew is rude. This place used to be nice but now it's not. They do a great job of burning the coffee also.

They screwed up my order today I told them 3 times they didn't listen they need to pay attention n listen better for when people take orders the women that took our order needs to get

Went 5 x for midnight coffee, never available. Service and customer needs are not a priority here.

No good place for bathroom user, no friendly staff upon ask the laugh and say it’s close. I will never visit this location again?
