Contribuisci feedbackI ordered breakfast and the young lady who had taken my order didn’t hear me say I needed two McMuffins. Technically, it was my fault for telling her the order was correct when it wasn’t. When I got to the window I let the young lady know and she said she couldn’t charge me and I needed to go to the back of the line. I immediately asked for the manager and Elaine came and asked me what I needed. She didn’t question me or give me any attitude, she just added the extra McMuffin to my order. Although the cashier was rude, I really appreciated Elaine for fixing the situation and making it right without any hesitation. Thank you Elaine! :
They take too long, terrible service, wait more than half an hour for just some
Lived in selma over 20 years and never experienced Mc Donald’s as bad as it is now. This is one of the worst locations I’ve been at and it’s sad because it’s in my home town. It’s like they hire younger employees who are under trained or older ppl who hate the fact they have to take your order and make it fresh… I don’t know why when they’re getting paid above minimum wage. Every time I come here it’s a hit or a miss. Hardly ever is the food always consistent, it’s either old, cold, or takes 30mins for fresh food when it’s suppose to be a fast food restaurant. I just spent $25 on food and I asked for fresh food because I know how it they already are and luckily the fries were fresh but chicken nuggets were cold/stale, and the cheeseburger weren’t fresh at all. Made my fiancé and daughter grossed out eating it tonight. I AM fed up with this Mc Donald’s. This location is starting to make me angry and I will be contacting the better Business bureau about this as well because I’ve contacted Mc Donald’s corporate number and complained ,but it’s still the same type service and same type inconsistent horrible food. Do bettter Mc Donald’s.
