Taco Bell - Sherwood Park

KFC TACO BELL Went on December 26, at 3pm. Not a usual place we go but were given giftcards. Ordered 97.23 worth of food. Had four $25 giftcards to pay for it. Employee took all 4 cards, swiped one really fast and said gift cards not working today, pay cash I asked if he could try again, or if he could type in the giftcard numbers. I did not plan to go there to spend anything but the gift cards. He moaned and said ill go to drive thru he walked away and came back within seconds and said nope our machines not taking gift cards pay cash or go. I asked if this was a recurring problem as i seen no signage indicating customers could not used giftcards. To which he then yelled at me and my kid pay cash or go already i stayed calm as my kid was now upset and asked why he was being so mean. I paid devit for the meal and asked for my gift cards back. Quickly placed in my wallet and we waited. Nearly 20 minutes for the food to be ready, and when we received it the same clerk was glaring at us behind the other worker. My son took the food and asked to go as he was scared. When we were driving home i noticed he only gave me back 3 of my 4 giftcards. On top of that i was charged for an extra zinger i did not order, and our meals cost more than the prices listed on the menu board. I couldnt understand how our order was so high. When we get home and unpack our food, the zingers were mangled, looked like they were slammed. Torn buns, and with the grossest brown mushy lettuce i have ever seen. We could not eat them. We were missing 1 order of chili cheese fries, also an item part of a value box. Then my kid bit into his beef burrito and said it tasted weird. Wheb he opened it up it only had rice and cheese sauce, no meat! He then opened his chili cheese burrito and it only had cheese sauce! I called the store as i do not drive and we had gotten a ride, and after numerous attempts no one ever answered. I did the surbey and asked to be contacted and nothing. Worst service ever and worst food ever. So very disappointing.

My food was old we r going back now and getting r money back not happy at the taco was mold

Avoid this Taco Bell KFC location in Sherwood Park. The food is not made correctly, the items are cold at opening, the store is dirty and not clean. Myself and another customer questioned each other because the KFC gravy didn't taste like gravy it was something else. Anyways do not go here.

Chili fries? Looks like a tablespoon of runny red porridge.Tastes like non meat.Left in counter, rejected.
