Tǔ Lú Zi - Shimogo

As it was my first time visiting, I ordered the regular hamburger. The burger had a rich buttery aroma and a luxurious bacon scent, and it was very delicious. There was smoked soy sauce on the table, which you could drizzle over the coleslaw. The smoky flavor was delightful and also very tasty! Additionally, the water had no mineral taste and was refreshing, and the coffee made with that water was delicious as well. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

It seems to be a hidden gem. The patty is not made with ground meat but with smoked bacon sandwiched between a burger and a hot dog. The smoky flavor is irresistible! You must try it at least once. However, since it is made by only one person, impatient people should not go. In fact, please do not go. It will ruin the cozy atmosphere.

The coleslaw that comes with the hamburger set is delicious. Mom's recommended smoked soy sauce is amazing on the coleslaw and also on the french fries.

アットホームな雰囲気で、 ドライブの休憩や小腹の空いた時、 美味しいハンバーガーやサンドイッチ コーヒーやソフトドリンクもあります。 とっても気さくなオバ様との語らいも楽しいです。
