Jack In The Box - Silsbee

Ordered two breakfast meals. Paid, then was told they're out of pancakes and out of sourdough. Sat 20 minutes while the line cook used his 2 brain cells to figure out how to put egg on bread. Drinks had no carbonation, just drink syrup. Don't go here.

Don't ever go here the customer service is horrible the food is always horrible the night crew is very rude also to

We pulled up to the drive-thru on February 13, 2024 around 9:45 p.m. and waited 10-15 minutes for assistance. We then drove up to the window hoping someone would assisted us. A young gentleman glanced over at the window but did not approach. He stood by just watching the ladies bag items and walk back and forth into the kitchen area. This went on for about 20-30 minutes. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They could have opened the window and explained why it was taking so long. This was ridiculous. All I wanted was a slice of cheesecake. We decided to drive off.

They must've hired new people because their customer service was awesome this time!

The shake Machine is always down and I've been trying to have $40.00 worth of food replaced fro 2 different orders and I'm getting the run around. I give no stars. They suck.
