Mcdonald's - Sofia

I was obviously lucky looking at some of the reviews! The spicy chicken McNuggets were good (5 pieces in the portion) and fresh orange juice were good! Freshly made and perfect junk food snack whilst sightseeing! Staff were pleasant and friendly. Service was good. Clean or maybe that was because it was early. Located across the road from Banya Bashi Mosque.

Was a bit desperate for food — the people seemed friendly enough. The fries were cold, the drinks taste a bit off (maybe something wrong with the syrups or the nozzles aren’t clean), and I got a double cheeseburger even though I ordered a filet-o-fish

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Their toilet was our of use, they did not serve any chicken and the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned a while. The order was ready in about 20-30 seconds, meaning it was not freshly made at all. The BigMac was stuck to the box, that's how old it was. The lettuce also was not fresh but brown. Fries tasted decent, but definitely had better ones elsewhere. The large coke was half filled with ice. Only upside was that the employee understood English.

First time they gave my order to someone else and when I reclaimed, they gave me a cold burger. Second time they guy who worked at the cash stole me 20 euros.

Very bad service and rude. The cashier didn’t want to give me a cap for my drink and she even cursed me when I walked back. The food was cold and unbeatable. Poor service and atmosphere with very sneaky homeless people.
