Queen Bee - Spencer

We were delivering furniture to the church and had to use the bathroom. The sign on the door said it was for customers only, so I ordered a hot dog thinking I hadn't eaten yet. A friendly young man took my order and I mentioned I would be right back after telling my friends to order hot dogs too. While chatting with another customer, she highly recommended the hunch dinner. I plan on trying it the next time I visit this place.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a bite to eat! The staff are consistently friendly and entertaining. Their shakes are also top-notch! Definitely one of the top 5 places to eat in West Virginia.

Although the atmosphere may not be the most appealing, the food at this restaurant is actually quite good. I have visited three times in the past three months and plan to return. The customer service is friendly and efficient. The menu offers the type of dishes you would expect from a small, hometown restaurant. I have heard that their ice cream is the best in the city (even better than Dairy Queen down the street). I have yet to try it, but I definitely will next time.

We like stopping here when we are in Spencer. Nice folks and reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. Usually get the daily special and it is more than I can eat. The food is very good too
