Jimmy John's - Spokane

I absolutely love the sandwiches here, and I'm thrilled that they offer an unwich option!

I love Jimmy Johns, but on more than one occasion when I have preordered my sandwich for a specific time, they have been beyond late causing me to waste and miss my break in it’s entirety waiting for the delivery. I would understand if I ordered my sandwich right then and there, but at 9 I put in my order to be delivered at 12:00 and I did not receive it until 12:30.

Buttoned up tight an hour before their listed closing time. Guy behind the counter just rolled his eyes and pointed at his watch. Thanks.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. I’ve ordered from here twice. Each time it’s been awful. This last time, my single sandwich took almost TWO HOURS! It was an Unwich, and was soggy and gross by the time I got it (after my lunch was over and I had to be back at work btw). After I ordered, the app said “Out for delivery” at 12:36. I am no more than 5-7 minutes away. I called at 1:20 asking where it was, I was told it was just now leaving. It finally arrived at about 1:55pm. It was a soggy mess. I called to ask about a refund due to time and quality. The manager finally said “sure”. It’s been almost three weeks and it has NOT been refunded. He tried to guilt me by saying how hard it was and he’d have to call the credit card company. Not my problem. Ugh. Do better Jimmy Johns!!!

Second time I've ordered from this location. Same slow and disrespectful delivery guy Colin has demanded a tip. 1st time there was already a tip added he asked for another and pretended like he didn't see it on the receipt. 2nd time was a freebie for me, he pointed at the tip line and demanded a tip before he would give my sandwich an hour and 20 minutes after I ordered. I had $10 in cash that I was handing him as he pointed and demanded. Tips are for good service which was not provided or earned by Colin and demanding a tip is highly inappropriate.
