Firehouse Subs - Statesboro

Everything has turned out well, and I always receive what I ask for. I consistently use the Rapid Rescue service to place my orders. However, you should be aware that the pickup time provided in the email is typically about 15 minutes later than expected. This has happened during my last three visits, and I'm not sure if they are starting online orders too late. Sometimes, I think I would get my order just as quickly if I went up to the counter instead. That said, everything else has been satisfactory. On my most recent visit, the timing was pretty much spot on. I've decided to change my review from 4 stars to 5.

I really adore this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, which makes my dining experience a pleasure. I usually order online, and when I get there, my sandwich is ready for me, allowing me to quickly find a table. Today, I arrived 20 minutes earlier than planned, and a nice young man made my sandwich immediately. It was perfect and absolutely delicious! I had the New York Steamer, and it exceeded my expectations. Thank you all, and Merry Christmas!

I recently dined at the restaurant, and William prepared my sandwich. He was incredibly polite, and the hook and ladder sandwich I had was the best I’ve ever tasted! He made me feel very welcome, and his customer service was exceptional!

I've only been to Firehouse a few times, but I always order the Sweet Spicy Meatball sub. Today, the customer service was excellent, and I have to say, that was the best sub I've ever had! The cheese was perfectly melted on top, and the sauce was absolutely delicious! Thank you for serving such an outstanding sub and providing great service. Update: I went back to get another one of the same sub so I could take a picture of its beauty! It tastes just as amazing as that first bite!
