Contribuisci feedbackThe young man with the long hair working today made literally the best subs we've ever had from firehouse. Like honestly he needs a raise, it was fast and incredible. Everyone is always so nice, but he seems to work every time we're here and is sohelpful every time.
I like the subs and here and they have good quality ingredients. But it doesn't seem like it was a few years ago. It seems as if it takes forever to get your food and you are more disorganized staff than before. Perhaps a shift in administration?? I go on because the food is good, only not when I'm in a hurry.
It was just okay. There was hardly any roast beef in the sub—mostly just bread. For $26 after delivery, I won't be ordering this again.
I was in the store recently and William made my sandwich. He was so polite and my hook and ladder was the best I?ve ever had! He made me feel so welcome into the restaurant and his customer service was top notch!
This store doesn't even deserve the one star that I am giving them in this review. I am not sure who the manager of this establishment is but corporate needs to reach out to them and send a regional manager in to intervene. Today, I ordered through the mobile app to this store and was given the time of 6:10. Upon arrival, the employees in this store asked me my name for the order because I had went to the takeout side. After giving the employee my name another employee chuckled in the back. I found this rather odd because I have such a generic name and nothing is amusing about it but I brushed that off. After pretending to look around for my order, this employee laughed while informing me that my order would be a minute. At this time the rest of the employees hanging out talking started to laugh as well. I strongly encourage everyone spending their hard earned dollar to NOT spend it at this store because they could care less about your business.
