Dunkin' - Strip District

Drinks are consistently inconsistent. Starbucks has the W there though when made right (not often) Dunkin is better.

Fresh donuts ??. Nicely decorated restaurant and friendly staff.

I got the Caramel Signature Latte and the vanilla sprinkled donut! I recommend this place because they are genuinely nice and has a comfortable vibe.

I work for food delivery, and I got an order from this coffee shop, I come to pick up my order, they gave it to me but didn’t put it in the package, I tell them about this, that according to the client’s instructions, everything should be closed, but she supposedly doesn’t hears! in general, it was June 25, 2023 at 9 hours 45 minutes !!!! It is this point that works poorly for them !!!

I was waited on by, I think a dude, with long pink hair. He was friendly and helpful. I 'm not sure that knowledgeable is the right word to describe counter staff at a donut shop, but well prepared to do his job, and possessed a confident, cheerful approach.The down side is that the place is filthy. Every table, the floors, the restrooms, everything. Not like sticky, hasn 't been cleaned in a month type bad. But definitely a shift or two has gone by since takes were wiped down and floors swept.The really humorous bit is that the bathroom has a sign indicating that an outside service regularly does a deep clean and sanitization . This may be true, but it is also possible that this outside service is the *only* cleaning that happens.For what it is worth, this doesn 't seem to be uncommon in this area. It 's certainly not the first fast food place in the Oakland area (sign says North Oakland runs on Dunkin ' where cleanliness is not a priority.
