Hardee’s - Tavares

Sat in the line for 40 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. Once you are in line, there’s no way out. They said they were backed up because people kept coming in the lobby. So the lobby would get their food first. I understand being backed up, I entered the line with only 4 cars ahead of me. But if you can’t do both, shut the drive thru down. This resulted in me being late for work. I work only a couple minutes away. I thought with a half hour, I had plenty of time getting to work. Also watched the lady separate the cups and stick her hands in mine when doing so. Never again.

In Tavares it is filthy with very poor service, after going inside, I will never, ever eat there

Terrible service. The restaurants in absolute disaster of a mess. The lady was so rude. We ended up walking

I'm going to start with I love Hardees. The people were nice at this location, but that's the only thing they had going. I read some of the reviews and I mine as well hit copy and paste. As we came in and approached the counter the floor was extremely sticky. We order chicken strips and a big hot ham cheese and two kids chicken strip meal. We went to get our drinks and were greeted by a roach which I killed and put in the trash. The tables were dirty like they haven't been wiped down in days. Once our food came out the big hot ham was cold and the strips seemed like they were reheated or refried, so we went back to make sure we got fresh food. All I can say is I hope they correct this situation because thier losing customers and tarnishing the Hardees image.
