Subway - The Colony

The staff is rude… refuse to make food over and give a refund!!!

Manager Adrian is rude! CHECK YOUR FOOD AND DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERS. I picked up TWO FOOTLONGS and the bread was harder than AP Calculus. I usually check the bread but since my gf leaves notes on the order, we have no issues. My gf and I tried to suffer through but we just couldn’t. We brought them back to the store with recipes attached and Adrian said the bread got hard cause we waited. I have taken Subway to lunch for work and bread was the same as i bought it. It gets colder not harder!

They don't accept Coupons. Call ahead if this is still the case or ask before ordering. There are no signs indicating so. Reason for not accepting coupons is because they are not a Franchisee. Mmm... ok. Food taste the same as any subway.

This location does not honor any of the specials advertised. She mentioned that their sandwiches are consistently priced at full price.
