La Tapatia In S - Sinton

This is the spot for breakfast in the Sinton area. I drove down because they had same day appointments available at their tidy small DPS office. I was in an out in less than fifteen minutes, leaving plenty of time for some breakfast. La Tapatia is clearly the favorite with locals, and I get it. They were busy but I was still able to get a seat without wait, service was prompt with fresh hot coffee poured moments after sitting down. The awesome breakfast menu includes all your Tex-mex favorites. I asked for the Migas with a side of barbacoa mixed in, it was no problem! My meal arrived quickly and the food was delicious. Served with a side of fresh corn tortillas it felt like a meal served at home. If you are looking for a great meal in the Sinton area, La Tapatia won’t let you down!
