Basilio's - Torres Vedras

We were eating with family. Nice place, friendly and helpful service. We ate cod with potatoes. Good food included lot of garlic. Also wine was good.

Very good food at affordable price. Nice service as well. Sometimes it gets a little crowded. The location is far from city centre but close to the Castle and exhibition area. Also the new bus terminal is nearby.

Always a very warm welcome at this restaurant. It can be busy at times but that just is proof a the quality of the food and service. A good selection of wines to accompany your meal. A must stop if in Torres Vedras

We went to Basilio's as a group of 5 friends. We had from chicken to seafood rice to grilled fish and grilled beef a good selection of what is on the menu. If one chooses a good fish it will be prepared very well. The meat and chicken were of good quality and tasty. However, the vegetables were really over-cooked and didn't taste of much. The service at Basilio's was excellent and friendly. Our waiters spoke English and were patient when we tried our Portuguese.
