Contribuisci feedbackAmazing hotel! We spent an entire day just lounging at the two pools because the hotel is so beautiful and the views are amazing. There’s also a delicious breakfast and the best of all was the staff: so incredibly friendly and helpful. Ten out of ten!

Superb hotel with charm and very well located. The view is amazing and delicious breakfasts. What to say of the upgrade in suite with private Jacuzzi on the terrace!!! 5 days of pure happiness, thank you!
My father and I stayed at Kouros Hotel Suites in Mykonos in August 2019, and we had a TERRIBLE experience at this hotel. 90% of the staff members were rude and disrespectful; the private “hot tub” on our hotel-suite balcony was filled with COLD, GREEN water; WORST OF ALL, the room cleaners damaged my dad’s laptop (they must have tripped over the cord or dropped it during cleaning, because the screen was totally destroyed when he returned to the room). To make matters worse, the hotel staff refused to take accountability for anything; the hotel manager handled the situation by accusing us of lying... he did not offer any type of solution. We have ABSOLUTELY ZERO incentive to lie. On our second day at the hotel, we overheard another guest in the lobby complaining about how he was robbed the night before, and asking if there are security cameras at the hotel. The staff seemed dismissive and unsupportive. Honestly, it seemed like there was not one professional and trustworthy adult working at this hotel. We never felt safe inside our hotel room because there was no inner lock or chain on the doors – only a quick swipe of the key card could grant any staff member access to our room at any time of the day or night. The room itself was also not well maintained at all – the hot tub was completely outdated, and certain remote controls did not have functioning batteries. We were expecting outstanding Greek hospitality and customer service (similar to what we had encountered during our stay in Santorini, before we continued our trip to Mykonos), but the staff members acted annoyed and dismissive when asked simple questions. Overall, staying at Kouros Hotel was one massive disappointment. From the moment we made the booking, we started to sense how hopelessly disorganized this hotel is because we were asked to provide our arrival details THREE separate times by three separate hotel employees, in order for the staff to arrange our transfer shuttle at the ferry port. In conclusion, Kouros Hotel is NOT worth the money at all. Very very poor customer service from the manager, reception staff, and room attendants. This hotel has an unethical way of handling business. I highly recommend you save your money and go for a nicer, more professional hotel in Mykonos.
