Made an order before closing and the staff refused to process it. Worst McDonald’s ever

Not particularly clean and messy burgers. Maybe I'm asking too much...

Why are their fancy new touch screens not working? I'm not waiting in line to order. I'll go to A&W instead, they're super fast over there ..

They didn't charge me the right thing and it took over 25 minutes to get 4 burgers for me and my girlfriend. Very disapointed. Ended up costing me over 20$.

I waited inside a full hour in McDonald Gene H. Kruger to end up fighting with the manager because my order messed up. A full hour of waiting to end up with being insulted,m yelled at because their young workers don’t do their job right to end up finally being told they are sorry for the mistakes after seeing on their screen the order i had done… Then!! The trash bins inside were so full the stuff were falling on the floor, a lot of tables were dirty enough to be « STICKY »…It was my last time going there!
