Jimmy John's - Troy

The service at this restaurant is appalling. The employees are often more interested in watching customers while they place their orders than actually helping them. They frequently use foul language with one another. I was particularly disturbed when one of the young staff members, who was wearing flip-flops, made my sandwich. It was really off-putting. I've been coming to this Jimmy John's for about a year now, hoping each time that it was just a bad day, but it seems to be a consistent issue. The staff are rude, the conditions are chaotic, and the atmosphere is hostile and filled with swearing. Overall, it’s unprofessional and quite unpleasant.

Please note that their hours have been updated to Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, I discovered this after placing an order online, only to arrive and find the door closed with a paper sign indicating the change. While I don't mind their hours, it's important that they take a few necessary steps when making updates. First, they should update their hours on Google. Second, they need to ensure their website reflects the new hours. Lastly, they should disable online ordering when the business is closed. It shouldn't take long to address these issues. Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend relying on the hours for the location at 6842 Rochester Road in Troy. The hours are frequently inaccurate, regardless of when you visit throughout the day. For instance, I arrived at 5:48 PM, and they were already closed, even though their posted hours indicate they should be open until 7:00 PM.

Rude employees. no sign of a change of hours and staff very crispy about the number of sandwiches that could be made at the conclusion. eating was delicious, but there is no need to be rude when both the JJ website google says a thing and there are no hours on the door.

Never open. Always out of supplies (even just Turkey?)Half the time you show up the door will be locked at 2pm.
