Little Caesars Pizza - Idaho Falls

I waited 40 minutes only to discover that my pizza had never been put in the oven. After that, they informed me that they had also forgotten my second pizza and still needed to make it.

This Little Caesars is outstanding! Lucas M was incredibly polite and professional. We had to wait a few minutes for a cheese pizza to be prepared, and he was very apologetic about the wait. Excellent customer service!

Our family loves Little Caesar's, but unfortunately, this location doesn't meet our expectations. We still visit fairly often because it's a convenient and budget-friendly option, but we find ourselves disappointed about half the time. Today, my husband picked up a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks at noon on Saturday, and we were surprised to find no line. However, we're pretty sure our pizza was leftover from the night before; after enough visits to Little Caesar's, we know what day-old pizza tastes like. The crust was overly crunchy, and the toppings were lacking in quality. Additionally, the crazy bread from this location rarely has enough butter and cheese, leaving it on the dry side. We've eaten at the Rigby and Rexburg locations and were reminded of just how good the food can be.

Is it really common practice to store chemicals next to food? What are you guys even doing?

Placed order online. Got two notifications saying it was ready only to show up and be told that my food was not ready. This has been a reoccurring issue, and have even had issues with bad food quality. I 've heard every excuse from being short staffed to them having oven problems . Seriously pay employees a living wage and maybe they 'll care enough to show up
