Burger King - Ukiah

Over the years, Burger King has made significant improvements. It's much better than McDonald's now.

I had the worst customer service experience in Ukiah. When I arrived at the window, I asked if I could have cheese added to my sandwich, but they refused, citing that there were too many people in line. I will never return. The staff was incredibly rude and displayed a complete lack of customer service skills—none at all!

They seem to hire some young adults that dont know what customer service is. I always hear them cussing, talking about inappropriate things, horseplaying around while there's customers in the dining room. And I dont think I've ever seen them wash their hands after handling money, touching their face/hair ect. It's gross.
