Pizza Hut In Founta - Valley

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. This was my third time ordering from here in the past 3 years, this time for lunch. I had not eaten all day and was looking forward to having Meatballs on my pizza. However, to my disappointment, I was informed after placing my order that they no longer carry Meatballs. I only found out once I returned to work and did not feel like driving back or calling to complain. When I contacted the assistant manager to ask why I was not notified about this change, he simply shrugged it off. I was not offered any alternative toppings or any kind of accommodation for the mistake, so I had to eat the cost of the pizza I had ordered. This will be my third and final time ordering from Pizza Hut, as I had a similar issue in the past where I was promised a credit that was never applied to my account. Despite giving them another chance, I was once again let down.

I have always enjoyed dining at Pizza Hut, but my recent visit to a specific location left me feeling a little discriminated against by the staff. Despite this, the service improved and the overall experience was perfect afterwards.
