I was even happy all year.3. because of my disappointment, I wanted to see the map whether something has changed in terms of offer or price before I announced my disappointment. after 25min waiting for the card I then said: pay! even though this was as good as empty locally! 4. "Oh, you wanted a card" - we're far away from the du-word. And no regret for the long ignorance in turn when I said I didn't want the card anymore.5. after my criticism followed arrogant indifference without any words of regret. no attempt to appease me, no apology, nothing. "there is no more stein mushrooms" - that was the only answer! Conclusion: is one treated such a gas in his restaurant, and is that one behaved towards a recurring gas? Where are mankind, respect and ways of dealing?!Since today I am very disappointed and will consider after 15 years to continue to go!
