Mcdonald's - Vincennes

Took 2 orders in front of me on the inside line. I pulled forward. She said she could not take my order I would have to pull around. I left.

Cashier was playing on his phone so I just drove off to the next window and got food I didn't order I had my card out the whole

It's hit or miss. Sometimes it's okay, but today sealed the fact that it sucks. Ordered a 20 piece nugget and a coke. Asked for 3 hot mustard and 3 barbecue. Got the 3 hot mustard and no barbecue. Nuggets were cold and soggy and they only have me 17. I usually don't complain but seriously come on it's not NASA.

I waited 25 minutes for a sandwich and nuggets. Never got them, finally left with just my drink. Never said anything when I asked about my order.

The place was clean and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this McDonald's. Food was hot and delicious. The staff and service was above and beyond
