Taqueria El Ranchero - Wahiawā

This is as authentic as you will get on Oahu. The soft corn tortillas are house made, every ingredient is fresh, and they offer traditional protein options like beef tongue, tripe, and pig stomach (of course you can get chicken, beef, steak, fish, and shrimp also). So delicious. I've eaten here twice, and my only regret is not finding out about this place sooner. ?

Haven't had such good mexican in a while. Nice surprise to our visit.

Purchased 3 orders of the mini tacos on Uber eats for 35 bucks and received 3 individual tacos. What kind of bullshit is that, don't advertise an order of tacos to be 4 tacos if that's not the case.

The breakfast food, specifically the chorizo con huevos, was incredible and was ready within 10 minutes of ordering. The place has a great atmosphere as well.

Best Tex-Mex on the island. Weekend Chilireneillos on the weekend are perfection.
