Contribuisci feedbackThis is such a horrible pizza hut. Tonight I ordered pizza and completed payment waited over an hour for my pizza. When I called to check on my order the store was closed! It would have been nice for someone to let us know that they were voiding ourorder.Also on a previous order I ordered 24 wings they delivered 8. When I called to let them know they told me I would have towait another hour for the rest of my order. Seriously lacking any customer service skills. ????
If I could give zero stars i would! Avoid!! We were given the completely wrong order that did not match receipt given Came back next day, explained and was credited the entire meal for the next order, 40$ value. However when we attempted to redeemthe credit the next visit, we were told it was nowhere in the system and our credited amount was not honored. Then what is thepoint of issuing a credit? Terrible customer service and won 't be returning.
Today, I thought I would give it another chance, but the same female manager recognized my name and address. She refused to take my order and hung up on me again. Before I could even place my order, they hung up on me two or three times. Clearly, they don't care about their customers. If I were you, I would recommend going to Kernersville or another location to place your order because they really do not value their customers at this place. It’s unacceptable for someone in her position to be so rude on the phone. I will definitely be escalating this again. People like her shouldn't be working with the public!
The pizza here is fantastic! It's generously packed with all the ingredients I requested, and it tastes amazing—cooked to perfection.
The Walkertown location has friendly and helpful employees who take responsibility when they make mistakes. However, I would recommend avoiding the University Parkway store. The staff there are unpleasant, the store is dirty, and the food quality doesn't meet expectations. They also refuse to acknowledge any mistakes.
