Chili's Grill - West Covina

Always love to come in into any chili's establishment and grab our meal. If you guy's have not try it you should give it a ???? good food good service.

The to-go service is great, but the food is mediocre. The portions are small and it's not hot, like they left it outside for 5 hours or didn't even microwave it enough. I have visited three times, all three times have been the same. For the same price Ipay at Chilis I can buy a higher quality meal with nearly double the portions at a restaurant like the Cheesecake Factory. Iwill not be visiting again.

The atmosphere is exceptionally friendly. There's a waiter named Anthony who is fantastic! My kids really enjoy him, and there's also a lovely waitress named Nichole who they adore!

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. My table was not clean, and it seems this location needs to improve its table cleanliness. I believe the waitstaff should check in on customers more frequently. Thank you for considering my feedback.

On the downside, we did encounter the first waitress, who was quite rude when she told us about the one-bill policy. Her lack of customer service skills was disappointing, and she seemed ill-suited for working with the public. Despite that, we had a wonderful experience overall. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh, and even though they were short-staffed, our meals arrived quickly. All in all, it was a great night, and I want to give a big thank you to Riley and Shawn for making it special for my family and friends!
