Pizza Hut Express - West Valley City

We used to love this restaurant, but it has significantly declined over the past month, and we won't be ordering from them again. Last week, I tried to place an order, and the estimated delivery time changed from 40 minutes to 80 minutes. I called and spoke with a manager who apologized and refunded my order. Today, we placed another order and received an email stating it would arrive at 1:35 PM. It's now 2:30 PM, and I've just received a text saying the delivery will be handled by DoorDash but will take another 20 minutes. I've tried calling the restaurant four times and was disconnected each time. I also contacted customer service, but when they tried to connect me with the restaurant, I was hung up on again.

I used to really enjoy Pizza Hut, but now it's become a joke. Every time I place an order, it shows a delivery time of over 3 hours. On top of that, I have nearly 400 points that I can't use because my local store "doesn't honor this coupon." But it's not a coupon—it's points I've earned through my loyalty as a customer. At this point, I'm ready to take my business elsewhere.

The cashier and manager were very friendly. However, the employee in charge of my order walked by the completed items twice. When the manager informed her that my order was ready, she simply replied, “I know,” and took a long time to wrap it up. In the end, the food was bland and lacked flavor.

Even tho they have a bell on the door I still had to wait a few mins to get help. An employee comes up to the front and looks outside while playing his hairnet. He then walked into the back put his hair up and put in on then started to grab boxes withoutwashing his hands. Sat there for about 30 mins for a large cheese pizza and cheese sticks. Got home and the food was cold and Ilive about 5 mins away. Then to top it off the pizza that was supposed to be cheese had large spots of just dough and no cheese.Will never be visiting this location ever again.

Worst pan pizza I ever ate. The girl on the phone said the new pan crust is thinner. She offered a $5 credit for next time, but there won't be a next be time.
