Jack In The Box - Fort Worth

The food here is fantastic—always served hot, and I've never had any problems with my orders. This is my go-to fast food spot, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the dining area has been closed due to staff shortages, I'm grateful that the drive-thru is still available. It’s definitely my top choice for satisfying late-night cravings!

I visited this place yesterday when it started to rain, looking for a quick meal and a little shelter. Alexandra was my cashier, and she was fantastic—she made sure my order was taken accurately. My food came out quickly, piping hot, and exactly as I ordered. I highly recommend this Jack in the Box to anyone in the area. Five stars!

The food is fresh, and the service is typically quite quick. I have a 30-minute lunch break, and I still have ample time to enjoy my meal after going through the drive-thru.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack but received a Breakfast Jack with ham instead. It was delicious, and the price was fair. I really love Jack in the Box!

To make matters worse, I observed him handling our food without any gloves. He grabbed the curly fries we ordered using his bare hand, directly touching them as he placed them in the bag. Additionally, we ordered large curly fries, but what we received was more akin to a medium serving, mixed with regular French fries to fill the container. The fries were at room temperature, tasted stale, and appeared to have been sitting out for some time. When Tristen finally handed us our food through the window, I had to remind him that we hadn't received any straws. I also inquired about ranch for the fries, only to learn that he couldn't provide any sauces without charging an extra $0.90 each. To top it off, we weren't given any ketchup or napkins! It seemed as though he didn't want to engage with us, too engrossed in his phone conversation to care about his customers. Overall, this was a disappointing experience with poor customer service and unsatisfactory food handling practices. I would strongly recommend seeking out another nearby restaurant or a different location of Jack in the Box.
