Jack In The Box - White Settlement

Becareful after dark getting drinks here.Seems the drive through team here doesn't care and is messing with food items and drinks specifically.Got a coke and it ended up being diet and now my stomach hasn't stopped being upset for the last hour atleast.Idk what it is but if this happens again I'll make sure to sue if not file a complaint with the health department because this doesn't just happen from a regular to a diet soda and make me sick to my stomach especially not this long at all.This is also known as biological warfare or a terroristic act when consumables are tampered with.Buyers beware!

The drive-thru window worker, TRISTEN, was so busy having a full on conversation on his phone and laughing so much about whatever he was distracted talking about that he didn't give us our straws and didn't even tell me how much my order was or ask for payment (I had to offer him my card), and then I watched him handle all of our food with NO GLOVES ON. He grabbed the curly fries we ordered with his bare thumb inside the container directly touching our curly fries while he placed them into the bag. Not to mention, we ordered large curly fries and the amount in the container was more about a medium size and had regular French fries mixed in to fill up the container more. The fries were room temperature, tasted stale, and seemed like they'd been sitting for awhile.When we were handed our food through the window by Tristen after he handled it all with no gloves on, I had to remind him we didn't get any straws. I then asked for ranch for the curly fries and he told me he couldn't give us any sauces without charging us an extra $0.90 per sauce. We weren't even given ketchup or napkins! So no sauce or ketchup unless we pay extra now? He just seemed like he didn't want to do his job or bother with us since he was too busy talking on his phone. Poor experience, poor customer service, and gross employee touching food with NO GLOVES. I highly recommend going to another restaurant nearby or a whole different Jack in the Box.

Updated 2/26/2024 I waited flin drive thru for 10 minutes to get cold fries and burgers that were prepared wrong. Not to mention the fries were cold...and we're missing my tacos. Had to back in and get my tacos, which were just siting on the counter...SMH I don't mind waiting in line but I expect the food to be hot at least...
