Ordered a fish filet with extra tartar and rescue ed a dry piece of fish that looked like it was in the heat bin too long and got no tartar. Tonight about an hour ago we all got done with farm work and went there. All of our orders were wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with extra ketchup and extra mustard. I received an old patty, no ketchup, no mustard, and a mangled piece of cheese with a pile of onions on top. I have hypoglycemia and had low blood sugar when we got there. I couldn 't even eat. I tried telling the manager, but was told sorry, there was a rush earlier . There was no one else in the lobby. I will be reporting to corporate as well.
Absolutely atrocious, even by McDonalds standards. We waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes (after having paid for our food). No one gave us any update or cared to explain what took so long. It felt like it was every single person's first day working here. Would absolutely never come to this location again. Manager needs to be fired.
I I went through the drive through order three mcdoubles with cheese brought them home to my kids and they were only singles. Very frustrating.
Girl at the drive through this morning was very rude after I waited 20mins to get to the first window to only find out they didn't get my order. Then she continued to tell me the wrong order. After I told her 3 times what my order was. Finally got it right. Then she was the one to give me my food continued to be rude and as I was driving away she rolled her eyes at my. All because she can't read.
We travel often. Most times we make our food. This am wasn’t one of those days. We decided to stop at McDonalds in Wilcox. HUGE mistake. I always check our orders. We ordered 2 sausage, egg muffins , 2 hash browns, scrambled egg, and a coffee. The coffee was luke warm. As well as the hash browns. When I opened up our McMuffins, one had a paper thin egg on it. I asked that they replace and fresh hash browns. Which they did. After they looked at me like I had two heads. Then we finally get the order. Back on the road, only to find the McMuffin that didn’t get changed out had hard, crusty areas on the muffin. Needless to say the second round of hash browns were good. The doggo seemed to enjoy the scrambled egg. Not really sure if anyone reads these reviews that owns or works there, but if they do all I would say is please don’t serve something they wouldn’t like to eat. Lastly, while I understand labor costs these days. But the machines to order at 6:00 am, really??? I miss the good ole days when we could get a smiling face, a cup of coffee that would be so hot you need to be told to be careful and decent grab and go grub. This and all McDonalds are on our red do not stop list. Signing off, Crusty, cold, McMuffin
