Chipotle Mexican Grill - Wilmington

This place has disappointed me. I got the delivery twice from there and the order was wrong or something was missing. the baumtacos were smashed in a piece of foil. do we cut back on film? I understand that I try quickly, but also details are important. next time I'll go personally and see how the service is.

If they worry about the amount of 1 stars, they should worry about the red flag. ordered 3 steak dishes on the app. opened the bowls to house only to find a total of 9 pieces burned steaks. Burrito sections are also 50% less than a respectable chipotle. I would rather pay the additional sales tax and drive 10 minutes more to a reasonable one for what I paid. will never return to this place again.

Stopped in for a PTA fundraiser. Ordered $47.00 worth of food. Two orders of steak tacos with “just cheese.” Drop four kids off at home with food and pull back out of driveway to pick up fifth kid. They open the steak tacos at home and find JUST CHEESE. No steak. Annoying, but mistakes happen. I’m still in the car, I’ll go back. I call, no answer. Go back to the store. Cashier is so pleasant and says let’s get them made right for you. Manager is so nasty. Wants the tortillas back. I explain they’re home etc…she says “I’m not giving you all the other stuff. Just the meat.” She slaps a cup of steak on the counter and says here.I asked, “Is this supposed to be enough steak for six tacos??”She rolls her eyes, gets another cup. And says here ya go. What started off as a simple mistake turned into such a negative experience because the manager’s customer service skills were nonexistent. This store might be better off promoting the cashier and getting rid of the miserable manager.

I did a door dash order and it was made completely wrong, chicken in a steak bowl, yesterdays guacamole, missing ordered chips. I drove to the store to have the order remade, was told they didn't have chips when the order was made so they left them out. Then the female manager had a ton of attitude for needing to remake the order again. I advise no one order from or visit this location. I would rate a zero if I could.

Stopped by to give this place a chance, now that it has a plant based option. Girl behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were even there, asked if the meal was for here or to go' I said for here, and we ordered. Girl at making the food didn't listen to what we ordered, didn't know what was what on the menu and just threw food into a bowl.Then, AFTER we paid, told us the dining room was closed. At 5:14pm, on a Saturday. (Yes, there were other people eating there.. So we paid $28 for cold food that tasted awful. Google needs to add zero stars.After a few bites, food went right into the trash. First and last time for this place.
