Drive thru Associates need refreshment course on customer service. A smile and a DANKE instead of just taking my money and throwing me a bag. Practice this concept or visit Chic-Fil-A for a demonstration of customer service skills.
Its mcdonalds need I say more. Quick and friendly service and good food
The wait times here have dramatically decreased and orders are correct much more often, maybe more so than the rest in Wilson. Great job.
As usual had to pull up to wait for my order. Which I dont mind,if I get hot food. But then when you have to go back into the restaurant to get items that were not in the bag; it makes for a bad experience.
