Isabels - Woodstock

If you like good ole fashion, home made food, then Isabel is the place to be. They have extended their menu and they still have their home made bread pudding (Days vary) Menu online is different from the restaurant, but great food non the less.

I wondered into this place on a venture to Woodstock to explore the town where Groundhog Day was filmed. I was looking for a diner that would have homestyle type of meals; and I did find it. When I first walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello?I had just the best waitress who acted as if I was a were a much welcomed guest in her home. She made great suggestions on the menu for me, and offered to make my sweet tea a yummy strawberry tea! I enjoyed a great bacon cheeseburger with fries. When I was finished eating to my surprise she had a refill on my strawberry tea, with my offer for dessert. I told her I was interested in dessert, so she took the time to tell me about each dessert in detail! I honestly think she was the best waitress I have ever had. I would recommend to everyone to stop in to this place to see for yourself, and enjoy?

First time here. Very friendly staff, super inviting and conversational. Food was quick and super yummy. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Tried this place for the 1st time and wasn't a fan the portions are very small and the pancakes were very thin I got a skillet and it was a small portion I've gotten skillets other places and they are good sized won't go here again

I wanted to bring to your attention the disappointing experience my family and I had at Isabel's during our recent visit. The high cost of the low-quality, cold, and flavorless food, coupled with the unfriendly and unaccommodating service from our waitress, left us deeply dissatisfied. Furthermore, the additional 4% charge for card payments is unreasonable in this day and age, and the unauthorized $3 tip added to my bill was unacceptable. Our bill of nearly $100 for a meal of four left us feeling taken advantage of, and I regret to say that I cannot recommend Isabel's to others or envision returning in the future. I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the overall experience for future patrons.
