Beechwood - Worcester

Great hotel! Beds:comfortable. Pillows: great. Service: wonderful! The staff is friendly, helpful accommodating. Location easy too. Great stay!Rooms: 5/5

This place must be going out of business. Everything had an extra fee and the carpet in our room was horribly stained. Only one front desk person was working at a time and only one elevator, so a lot of waiting. I was told there was complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning, but the only coffee available was $4 coffee from the restaurant and terrible old Keurig cups in the room. The location is fine and the outside of the hotel looks nice, but it felt like an old motel inside. It might have once been a luxury hotel, but no longer.

Was told when we booked our room there was a pool on site..... there is in fact no pool. Other than that no complaints. Hotel staff very friendly. Bar tender was great in the resturantRooms: 4/5

Beautiful hotel design, very relaxing. Great rooms and very helpful staff. The restaurant was inviting and very friendly staff. I wish more hotels would be like this around the world. It was a Great Place to Stay!

Absolutely loved this hotel, the front desk staff (Derek, Quincey, Tia, and Andre) and Isabella from housekeeping made our stay quite wonderful! From the moment we checked in it was all good vibes. The rooms are quiet and spacious and kudos to all the housekeepers (wish I knew their names) Which certainly shows the employees have pride in the work the do and as a customer, it is so appreciated! The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping and exploring downtown. This was our first time in Worcester but we are already making plans to return and stay at the Beechwood best hotel ever and this place truly is deserving of the four diamond award! Thank you everyone for making our stay beyond enjoyable!
