A couple serving bowls were empty, we needed to request refills, and it took three requests for coffee. The food was very delicious except that it was just warm and the staff began breaking down the tables and serving trays by 1:45. At 2:00, they were stacking chairs and moving tables. We felt like we were an imposition and will never make reservation during the last hours of a brunch, a thought I had actually pondered previously, but NOT possible at the Beechwood! We assumed people could arrive at 2:00, not feel like they needed to vacate by 2:00. It was a very expensive and uncomfortable celebration of Mother's Day, a week early because one of my daughters works in the restaurant business and is working during Mother's Day herself. We MAY go back, but during the beginning of brunch. This was a costly lesson for my wallet.
I had heard great things about their Easter brunch, to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The breakfast items were good, however everything else was rather bland. Little to no seasoning seemed to be used on anything. Staff were not overly attentive and we actually had to seek someone out every time we needed anything. Even our table was not comfortable. There were only 2 of us so they put us at a small bistro table in the corner, when there were other more comfortable tables in the room that were empty the entire time we were there.
We were looking forward to this brunch with our son who is in school in Worcester. Reservation was for 1 O'clock, which is late, very true! The place was deserted, the food that was out did not look as appetizing as it should have. We did ok with the omelettes (made on the spot, very nice) and fresh fruit. The omelette maker and our waitress were very friendly and very professional. Very expensive, too expensive for what we ate with water and coffee as beverages!

I was very disappointed with this brunch. It ended up being a lot of money for plain food--there was little that was special. While the servers were very nice, they seemed overworked and under supported. I do not recommend this brunch.
