I knocked on the window and door several times; however, nobody answered and the inside store had once again been closed, presumably. due to inadequate staffing. While ordering from the drive-through, the worker could not understand I was saying, ?tea? and projected her frustration at me and when asked, said their headphones did not work well. Lastly, I went back to the window to try to address the concerns, asking for the manager or assistant manager and was told neither was available. I believe I was directly speaking to the assistant manager.I attempted to continue to speak with the woman and she would not listen, shutting the window on my face. I became angry and could not address anything to resolve the matter. Won?t be going back
I could honestly care less if people smile and say how are you and all these nice little things that don't matter. What matters is is it a good cup of coffee or not. And the answer to that is no. It is not good coffee, it is generic poo that is no better than any Maxwell house. Marketing marketing marketing, gimmick gimmick gimmick. I've never made my way through a gimmick and one sip before, and I got to tell you that it is the worst coffee I've ever had.
This has been my preferred coffee spot, but not anymore. The staff is rude, and the indoor seating is frequently closed, likely due to a shortage of employees. Today, the team in there completely embarrassed my 67-year-old friend and neighbor. My recommendation: look for a better place.
I really enjoy CC's, especially when the staff pays attention and gets my orders right.
I really don't understand what's going on at CC's that they can't seem to get my order right. I specifically asked for number 22, super grande, light ice, and an extra shot of espresso. Instead, my cup is filled with ice and looks like it's three parts milk and only one part coffee. I'm extremely disappointed.
