こみと Wū - 只見町

Today's curry, Keema curry. It features chunks of vegetables and a strong spiciness that has been carefully tempered. The crispy fried egg adds a nice touch and when mixed with the saffron rice, it makes for a delicious curry dish. The olive oil's aroma complements the curry perfectly. I discovered that I want to try other curries as well. After the meal, I was pleasantly surprised by the cumin seeds that got stuck in my teeth, popping in my mouth at different times. It was a delightful surprise. Mixing the one plate salad with the Achar pickles was a delicious experience. I would definitely recommend visiting Komitoya for their bakery café and curry dishes.
