Nachos Da Dessert

Fried flour tortillas coated with a cinnamon-sugar mix, drizzled with condensed milk chocolate sauce, topped with fruit pico de gallo and finished with a touch of whipped cream, strawberry and mint leaf.

Baja Style Ceviche

Shrimp marinated in fresh squeezed lime juice and jalapeno. Served in a chunky Baja mix of cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.

Hussong's Chile Relleno

Grilled poblano pepper stuffed with chopped rib eye a la Mexicana, topped with a Mexican cheese blend, sour cream, and avocado. Served over a crispy tostada covered in pasilla salsa and a side of Mexican rice and beans.

Salmone Chipotle Al Miele

Pan seared salmon finished with a honey chipotle glaze, served over roasted garlic red potatoes and sautéed julienne vegetable medley.
