This was very good!! We made it with Tofu for the vegetarians in the family and with venison for the meat eaters. Excellent flavor!!
We did not use the jalapeño peppers, for us the Sriracha was plentyIn fact, next time I will cut that ingredient by halfWe used a bbq roaster basket we worked quite well.
Super tasty I used brags liquid aminos instead of soy sauce because it has a lot less salt. It was a big hit with none leftover.
