Una cosa da non fare è tagliare la patata fino in fondo: mettala tra 2 baguette cinesi, queste eviteranno che la patata venga completamente affettata.
Conoscevo la patata nella terracotta dello stesso cerbiatto, ma non a 350°, bensì a 220°.
