Sono venuti benissimo! È la mia prima volta a fare churros, sono croccanti, per niente gommosi! Penso di aver messo un po' più di acqua e un po' meno di zucchero e olio.
Ero un po' deluso da questa ricetta. L'impasto è venuto più gommoso. Ho dovuto modellarli in patatine fritte per avere più croccantezza.
Super facile e delizioso! È super buono e appiccicoso all'interno!
