Hallo Gabriele, die Zubereitung für die Reismischung ist leider sehr dürftig, ich würde das Rezept gerne nachmachen, bräuchte aber dann doch noch einige Details. Kann man die Pinienkerne auch weglassen? Ach ja, wo kann man die Weinblätter denn kaufen...

Super Rezept! Hatte die Weinblätter aus dem Glas von Krimi und dazu noch einen Dip aus 1 Becher Joghurt, 1/2 Becher Crème fraîche, 2 Knoblauchzehen, Salz und Pfeffer - ein Gedicht!
