Perfetto! Fatto esattamente come indicato.
Questi erano ottimi, ma salterò il rotolamento e il taglio come suggerito da un recensore perché l'impasto si è attaccato.
È la mia prima volta a fare noodles e li ho adorati! Sono venuti più spessi di quanto mi aspettassi, ma va bene così! Non li ho lasciati asciugare affatto e sono stati comunque fantastici.
