Fuer die USAler, habe 'corn starch' anstatt Kartoffelmehl genommen. Hatte auch nur 'Italian style breadcrumbs', sind trotzdem perfekt geworden. Petra
Freut mich das es schmeckt und gelungen ist. Und ganz besonderes Dankeschön für das Foto. Man kann halt gekaufte Kroketten nicht mit denen verleichen, oder??
