Zimmerbine Heute sind mir Kroketten das erste Mal mit Deinem Rezept gelunden und wie Du siehst sehen sie auch perfekt aus. Vielen Dank. Petra
Fuer die USAler, habe 'corn starch' anstatt Kartoffelmehl genommen. Hatte auch nur 'Italian style breadcrumbs', sind trotzdem perfekt geworden. Petra
Freut mich das es schmeckt und gelungen ist. Und ganz besonderes Dankeschön für das Foto. Man kann halt gekaufte Kroketten nicht mit denen verleichen, oder??
