Detour from the beaten path and what a splendid detour it was! The recipe comes together splendidly in flavor and the times mentioned for cooking are practically spot on.
Grazie per i consigli per ottenere un'aceto balsamico invecchiato di qualità, utilizzare una padella in acciaio anziché antiaderente e dare tempo alla salsa per ridursi realmente! È venuto benissimo! Sono rimasto colpito dalla ricetta.
