Absolutely amazing dishSimple and easy to make with great resultsI used brown rice instead of white, and adjusted cooking times accordingly.
Mio marito ha fatto questo mentre io cucinavo un altro piatto. Pensavo che magari avesse un sapore troppo limonoso e che la prossima volta proverò forse a usare un po' più di spezie.
È venuto alla grande! Ho modificato un po' la ricetta. Ho usato succo di limone fresco, riso jasmine e 1/8 di cucchiaino di timo intero e 1/8 di cucchiaino di curcuma. Non ho aggiunto piselli o mandorle.
