Habe ich heute gemacht....mmmmh lecker. Man muß nur aufpassen, daß die Butter ständig heiß ist, weil sonst der Honig stockt oder habe ich vielleicht einen falschen Honig genommen? Danke für das Rezept! lg Stanze
Wenn man die Honigbutter auf der heißen Herdplatte stehen lässt während der Mais im Ofen ist, stockt der Honig nicht. Man kann die Honigbutter auch in einer festen Schale mit in den Ofen stellen, so dass sie heiß bleibt (dann aber mit Alufolie abdeck...
