Ho triplicato la ricetta, ho usato un mixer elettrico e ho seguito le istruzioni. Non avevo idea se avrebbe funzionato, ma ha funzionato! Ed è stato fantastico! Lo rifarò!
Ti consiglio vivamente di guardare il video. Non sono sicuro di cosa sia successo durante il passaggio delle uova al mio primo tentativo, ma ho ottenuto dei solidi che suppongo siano uova strapazzate, haha.
