Easy and delicious!
I needed a fast and easy dinner, this fit the bill perfectlyI omitted the salt and scaled to 12 eggsI baked it right in the pan after saueting the vegetables and ham.
Thumbs up!!! So fluffy n moist! Omitted the pepper n substitute with edamame
