Facile e delizioso!
Avevo bisogno di una cena veloce e facile, questo si adattava perfettamente. Ho omesso il sale e ridotto a 12 uova. L'ho cotto direttamente nella padella dopo aver soffritto le verdure e il prosciutto.
Ottimo!!! Così morbido e umido! Ho omesso il pepe e sostituito con edamame
